Support for Virtual Private Server
The VPS service is designed for experienced systems administrators who would like to handle the systems administration themselves. This provides a more cost effective solution and more control. You will have root/administrator level access to enable you to do everything you wish to do.
Quadra Hosting will only provide the following types of support:- Hardware and network level support
- VPS recovery should it refuse to start up
Additional / Custom Support
Additional support beyond the standard support level is chargeable at:
- $99 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour during business hours
- $180 per hour with a minimum of one hour outside of business hours
Please note that support does not cover any content on your site itself, nor do we support any scripts, programming or code developments / debugging / maintenance.
