• Clean, uninterruptible power backed by redundant feeds, generators, and UPS systems. The N+1 power provisioning system includes four 500kVA primary and two 500kVA secondary UPS systems, generators and onsite fuel storage to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
• HVAC systems that comply with N+1 specifications, including a centralized chilled water plant with multiple redundant chillers piped in parallel ensuring continuous reliability.
• Designed with multiple levels of fire detection and fire suppression systems. The VESDA early warning and detection system is deployed in the Sydney facility in conjunction with other fire suppression systems for maximum protection against fire.
• Multiple levels of security access control systems such as biometric palm scanners with PIN code, 24x7 CCTV surveillance, physical access control list are all integrated into a Building Management System (BMS) for 24x7x365 monitoring.
